Since assuming the role of CEO of Bridgewell, he has guided the agency through a sustained period of growth, highlighted by his fundraising successes. He serves on the Board of Directors for ADDP and The Captive Advantage.

With a career spanning nearly 40 years across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she is well-versed in bringing organizations together. She serves on the Board of Directors for The Arc of MA and National Council of Executives of The Arc.

Jeff Bickford

A certified Scrum Master, Mr. Bickford brings more than 25 years of IT leadership experience to the NEHSCO team, where he leads strategic IT and cybersecurity initiatives for NEHSCO and its affiliates. Bickford previously served as the Chief Information Officer at Northern Essex Community College where he led of team of 28 IT staff and oversaw a $4 million operating budget.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Allen also serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors with Incompass Human Services. A retired CFO, Mr. Allen has served on numerous human services organizations' Boards for the past decade. He guided CLASS, Inc. through a merger with LifeLinks, Inc. as the Chairman of the agency that ultimately became Incompass Human Services.
Peter Sheckman

A retired infectious disease and internal-medicine specialist, Dr. Sheckman practiced in Lynn for more than 30 years. He was the president of the North Shore Medical Group from 1985-96 before serving as the medical director of North Shore Physicians Group in Lynn. He serves on the Board of Directors of Bridgewell and All Care Hospice and was recently appointed to the Board of Health of Swampscott, MA. Dr. Sheckman has also been a Board Member of Boston Philharmonic (BPO) since 1979 and has played cello in the Civic Symphony and the BPO.
