As the New England Human Services Collaborative, we are bringing together a collective of visionary human services agencies who are united by a common purpose to create an integrated system that truly works for those we serve.
We’re a consortium of like-minded providers who put care and support at the forefront of everything we do. But we’re not just building a network of providers. We’re recruiting affiliates who value innovation and believe in a person-centered approach. We’re aiming to cover the gamut of human services at all stages of life. And through innovation and shared resources, we empower our affiliates to focus on their true passion: helping people live their best lives!
We have designed our affiliate model to cater to organizations of different sizes through a tiered approach of direct and indirect affiliations. Direct affiliates, which consist of larger organizations under NEHSCO, play a pivotal role in thought leadership and developing shared resources, including our cohesive system for state agency referrals.
Indirect affiliates, typically smaller organizations associated with a direct affiliate, also benefit from our model. They have access to the same marketing and technology tools, a shared knowledge base, enterprise information technology, cost savings, and legislative support. Most importantly, our affiliates retain their existing legal structure and maintain their independence.
